We see the ValueForum concept as one that can succeed globally. In the future, we will expand
upon our success in the US and Canada by applying the ValueForum concept to investors based in other countries.
We also see opportunities to apply our same online collaboration tools to other community sites within an
investment-related context, as well as sites focused on other topics outside of investing.
